Advice Wine 1

Hi All,

I have had wine 1 in the demijohn for nearly 10 weeks, due to work getting the way, it has stopped blooping, will it be okay to carry on with or should I start again?

Has it got much head space so that it could have oxidised? If no head space, it should be ok.

Also, has it started clearing and settling on it's own? If so, carry on.

If it were me, I'd carry on anyway, it may turn out fine. If not, you can bottle it and give it to people that demand a bottle of your home made wine, They won't ask again if it's pants!!

I've got some lovely looking beetroot wine just for that purpose..
