Yup, wine no 1 made with apple and elderflower juice from Tesco. Not sure if they still have it, or if it was a summer thing. Took some to Goldseals the other week and it was a hit.
Wine #1 makes a cracking elderflower wine.
Or you could do a cider kit concentrate, just increase the gravity to 1.080 and add the flowers toward the end of the ferment.

About a table spoon is plenty, it should be a gentle flavour and bouquet rather than be dominant of the flower.

Well, I've got the steam juicer going to get me a litre of apple juice, and I'll add a litre of Grape juice plus the bits and then a 1/2 tablespoon dried elderflowers towards the end the ferment and report back how it goes.
My dogs managed to break into the garage over the weekend and eat half my store of apples, so I'm busy now finding ways to use up my remaining supplies to stop them stealing any more
