Can you tell me if I were making a gallon of cider with this would I use all juice? or a mix of juice and water?

Can you recommend a yeast to add to the flavor?

Slinging a bramley apple in and a half a tsp of wine tannin also adds to the party if you feel like a bit of adventure. It needs a bit of extra maturing if you do that though, but no excessively so...
